I am very satisfied using this app, 100% recommended business running on shopify, Excellent product.
This app is not easy to use at all, customer messages cannot be reminded the first time, the use process is inconvenient, and the visitor mode cannot be set

We like being able to communicate instantly and interact with our customers when they need us for questions. Need to improve few things.. Overall good application

App is simple enough. No fancy features like Tawk.to and its ok. However design is terrible. Pop-up window's top part goes out of screen on small desktop screens/resolutions. Also chat icon has too much margin. It is located far away from corner of mobile screen. It should be just pixels away from edges but right now it is too far away.

So far so good. I love that it allows us to help our customers instantly. The only thing that bothers me is that there seems to be a delay when using on desktop. I hear my mobile pinging and then like 30 seconds later it pops up on my desktop. I don't like that there is an unnecessary delay in responding to the customers who are usually ready to purchase right then & there. But other than that, it's working great.

While the delay of messages between a desktop and a mobile device could be due to various factors, such as the internet connections on the devices or how different types of devices relay the data, it's also worth noting that often times it takes mobile devices less time to load the data. app is good you can connect facebook messenger to it, can you please tell me how to connect whatsapp to shopify inbox?

Great set up, smooth Recommended for chrome OS. as an author, Designer, Gamer, Self Scienced I love everything about this concept.
Useful app to answer customer queries on the go. Very useful that messages both from the site and Facebook end up in the same place.
