works great ... I would like to learn more about it and find a way to do a pop-up notice to more easily respond. I think there should be a pop-up window option on a desktop/laptop or, at minimum, a popup window/notification bubble or something on the dashboard to indicate a new message and allow for a more timely, possibly live customer interaction.

I love using Shopify. It makes it easy to run a successful business. I only wish there was a better Customer Service option to speak with a real person when issues arrise.

The App is almost perfect. One thing I don't like is, that the user has give the Name and E-Mail before a conversation is possible. I can see the advantages.
But not everybody would like to give the name. So we have much less Chat conversions then we had with Tawk.to.
It would be nice to have a setting, where this can be enabled or disabled.

No Inbox não foi possível encontrar um modo de edição dos textos existentes onde esta NOME, SOBRE NOME e EMAIL (sem opção de adicionar WhatsApp ou Numero de telefone para cliente deixar registrado no formulário e falta um campo de texto para se deixar registrado o problema do cliente fora as sugestões existente) de forma automática

It is nicely integrated, but sometimes hard to locate/remember where to find on the dashboard - desktop, mobile, inbox - so I can reply.
