So far, the chat function has been a life saver. For my business, customers asking questions easily is an important factor and this chat function has made it even easier.

It is very useful to us to create relationships between business and customers, it is very easy to use it.
Great app that is simple to use. Great integration with Shopify. Perfect for anyone who is just starting out on Shopify. Highly recommended.
I used this app and love corresponding with my customers who have questions, issues and or concerns. The best thing to come along since regular chat used this app for the first time to chat with customers and have delighted with the sales results. Try it, you'll like it.
Good so far, I like that I can answer the chats and emails from my phone when I am not at the computer and the notification sound and icon make it obvious what kind of message it is.
The app is useful, and it does help with communicating with customers. However I can not say much more as my store is yet not busy.
it's easy for customer to get in touch with us & we can there & then communicate & assist them go thru our webstore smoothly.
So far i have been very happy with Shopify for my shop. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about launching an ecommerce site.
