I love this app because it gives potential customers access to me. If they have a question, the app notifies me, just like a text. And boom, I can answer any and every question the customer has. This app is Great! I can track down issues customers are having and stay in touch with them through the process. I do wish that you could program in auto responses. To be able to remind people to request a refund using the Refund link In their Order, rather than having to type it out every time when they aren't seeing that option as the correct way to do it rather than asking in an inbox message.

This is one of the best customer messaging systems. It keeps the previous conversation records, which makes it easy to communicate with the customer. The only thing is that you can not send PDF files or Excel invoices.

It's a very nice application, you can chat directly with customers quickly and this way you will get more feedback, I recommend it to everyone, I think everyone should definitely use it.

It is a fantastic app that has enabled me to answer questions quickly for our customers. The interface is much like texting, and I do truly view it as an asset.

Room for improvement:
- It would be awesome if an audio reply option was added.
- It would be nice if an auto reply feature was enabled, so I could say "Thanks for contacting us! If you don't get a reply right away, we will contact you ...

Think the inbox is great, keeps everything organised and notifications come through to website/email easily.

I have found setting up laptop notifications a little more tricky.
