I like this app because it collects my messages and I can respond to them when I check on my store everyday. I don't want to be tied down to an open chat room everyday in the hopes that someone will want to chat. I have my cell phone number on the website, and if a customer is determined to talk, they can call me. I have used this app to have several long conversations with individuals who wanted me to hire them to fix my website. I have a team working on it and I hope it will be fixed this week.
Introduced as a communication tool with customers. At first, I was really in trouble because there were a lot of push sales by various people, but when I increased the number of automatic reply email registrations, it decreased a little. After that, this chat was really useful for communicating with the customers who purchased it. We look forward to working with you in the future.
Definitely helps customers understand that they're buying from and talking to a person, not some made up "e-com machine".
Wish i could gotten the notification through the main app similarly like the Order notification.
I love that the customer question came directly to my email and allowed me to respond to him in real time. We thrive on providing excellence and this allowed me to do just that! Love it!!!

It's nice having all of my sales conversations in one inbox. It makes it easier to keep track of my orders, and keep my customers updated.
Usei poucas vezes para conversas com clientes, mas o aplicativo tem atendido até o momento as minhas necessidades.
