I Like how this app connects me to my customers better. i would like a way to forward notifications to my facebook messenger as i dont always see notifications in app.

In terms of you not receiving notifications, this is something that our developers are aware of and they are going to be shipping an update soon that should resolve this issue. Great little tool and brilliant that you can download the App to your phone so that you can keep up with messages.
it is useful . but sometimes if you have answered in facebook message , there is still a note in inbox telling you that you shall response to customer.
Works as expected with lots of room to grow - You can integrate IG/FB with it so all in 1 place. :D

It was quite frustrating having the automated "check my order status" question in the chatbox and having the clients asked about their phone numbers to be able to chat. The process seems overcomplicated. As a client, I would be annoyed to have to provide my phone number for a simple inquire, I would not continue and, frustrated, I would leave the site altogether. I would like to suggest providing the user with the ability to choose what they want to ask the client, if anything, and if they want this "check my order status" to appear. I understand the idea of trying to link the phone number of an existing registered client but I feel that it overcomplicate the communication unnecessarily. Maybe having an option that enables the staff that is chatting with the client to manually assign that chat session to a client would be more suitable. Thank you and I hope to have helped.
I actually like this app. It works great as a chat bot and their sms integration also seems to work well. It's very basic, but it does what my store needs it to do and it's free.

We have also just launched Shopify Ping for desktop! Go to https://shopifyping.comand login with your Shopify credentials, then enjoy the ease of use of replying to your customers from a desktop or laptop.
