I like this app. I've connected my cell phone and can trust that if a customer has a question I will be able to respond to it right away.

The app works well, however it would be much better if there were scheduled times it was On or Off for when we cannot respond.

closer integration to the admin panel (not having to have a separate tab for chat would be nice). it would be nice to have it as more of an always their feature of admin (with its own are for details/data) but chat interactions could be done from the main admin tab.

It's great but it lags a lot, sometimes the page would continue to reload and reload. The app is good but it would take time to connect to shopify profile.

Facile à utiliser et à personnaliser. L'application mobile fonctionne également très bien. Et gratuite ! Franchement géniale.

The app works really well and is super simple to set up. It's very nice that it sends notifications to your phone and computer. I was hesitant about adding a chat feature to our store, as I thought there would need to be someone manning it at all times of the day. However, you can set up available hours and if a message is received outside these hours, you can follow it up via email at a later time.

Esta muy bien para cuando los clientes te chatean, pero deberías poder tu abrir a los clientes para decirles cualquier cosa respecto a sus pedidos y no tener que enviar un email cuando por email todo es más lento. Por lo demás es bien
