Works very well. It's easier to communicate with customers, and I suggest that you can add this application in the store, which will effectively improve the speed of customer service communication
Good free chat. The only problem is that it doesn't support multilanguage translation. We have to choose a main language to display for all customers. Bad for international ecommerce.

Haven't used it for long, but so far been good. Will continue to use as it is a good communication tool with customers who seem like it being available
It would be much better if it has translation function. Shopify Inbox does help much. Thank you all!
So far, I'm loving it. This add-on really helps guys. A good portion of messages end up becoming sales.

Great app runs smoothly and hopefully, additional features will be developed. Cant go wrong with a shopify developed app.
I love this App It even works on my phone and I dont miss a sale opportunity it just works. A MUST HAVE!
This app really helps with customer service however there are a few glitches. In the open category for messages there should be a blue indicator if i still have new unopened messages there. Also a button that could reorder the messages so we can go through the ones on the weekends first. Every time we would scroll to a message for example on a Saturday when our offices are closed and reply to it, it will reset the whole inbox and I'd have to scroll all the way to the bottom again. Also an autocomplete for quick message replies like instagram has would also be kinda cool. Or the option to toggle that feature. These are just a few UI adjustments that i think could make this Shopify Inbox Feature even more spectacular.

after all is said and done this app can be frustrating and sometimes confusing. But the positive side is of course the following the platform has globally .
