In the form in which the client leaves his data for contact, no phone number. How do I insert a phone number item?

Hi, there! Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review for Shopify Inbox. At this time, you're unable to edit the pre-chat form to request a customer's phone number. At this time, emails are collected to allow you to speak to your customers asynchronously via email if both parties aren't able to participate in a live chat. However, having the option to request this information would bring some additional value to Inbox. I've gone ahead and passed your feedback along to the team for future consideration. This is a great add on feature that allows you to keep the original email requests handy.

Shopify is one of the e-commerce stores I have been with and I love the way I get to sell at my pace. I have a hard time finding the best store format to download my Ail link on and getting Shopify to work with Google but I think it's just me!
By far this is one of the better sites for new beginners like me

So far so good. Will update after using for a few months.
One negative - can't change the default - track my order pre-filled answer.

The app is good, but there is a delay with notifications to reply to messages. So far I have only had a couple of messages so I will see how it goes in the future.

The app is great, I wish it has the ability to edit:
1- Text on the button "Chat with us!" .
2- Enable/Disable auto question "What's my order status?".
3- Change the color of the button which closes the chat.

The app is fantastic however the only downside is the tracking details lack information. It just tells you that the order is either fullfilled or unfulfilled which is insufficient for clients.
