Many of us shopify people run multiple shopify stores, I'd like Inbox to stay logged in across multiple accounts at the same time so I could get chats from all on the same iphone

Not being able to hit return whilst replying is a real issue. So painful!
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We just wanted to share that you should be able to change this setting in the app. Under Settings > Message preferences we have an option to make it so that hitting Return will create a new line rather than send the message. im just at 3 stars cause its a little iffy.. but does its job
A good way to communicate with customers.
It's easy to navigate but there are a few things that could be better.
I wish there was more flexibility in the front-end interface
the live chat does not update side by side i have to close the chat and come back:(

Inbox is very helpful for my online store. It help to chat to the customers automatically or manually . Thank you for the app.
