The app is good and functions - but the customization is severely lacking. Our shop is all digital goods so we don't have tracking numbers or order tracking, however there is no option to remove "Track My Order" instant answer. You also can't customize simple text fields that should be customizable. Fix those, and the app will be great.

I have multiple stores and they App only works with one store login? will they upgrade so you can use it on many stores?
You must be kidding me. I am surprised that Shopify business team have undermined Android users so heavily. You guys are a billion dollars business and could not afford to release Android version at the same time. Shocking.

Did not work at all, won't let me download Ping because I'm using a desktop. Sick! Wasted my time. Go team!
Must have iOS to work. Will update my review once Android support comes on. Very lame they did not launch without any Android support.

I can certainly see the utility of this app, however, this app seems to be a favorite of FIVERR as well. Most of my interactions from this app are from people trying to sell me something, instead of vice versa.
