I mean seriously what can you expect from a free app. But in all honesty, this app is worst than free. It will cost you money in loss of customers. I've tested it as a customer. Once you click on the "Chat" you can't go back on to the shop, you have to open your site/shop on a new tab, so have the chat in one tab and your shop on another tab (Mobile device as I haven't tested on desktop). By then my customer has a high chance of losing interest because I certainly won't be bothered to switch from tab to tabs for a question. Disgraceful how Shopify can't fix their own app after so many bad reviews...

Buyers visiting your store on a mobile device should be able to minimize the chat screen by clicking the banner found at the top of the conversation screen. If that banner isn’t clickable on your end, please contact our team at ping@shopify.com and we can look into what could be causing that.

On desktop the chat will appear as a small conversation window in the bottom right corner, that won’t impede your customers ability to navigate the store.

If you have any other questions or feedback, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team!

We are not able to get ringing notification on phone when a custer is jumping on the chat to solve the concerns.

If you're having issues with getting notifications from Inbox, this is likely due to the app not having the permissions needed to send notifications. Please, access the 'settings' area of your mobile device and then look for 'notifications.' From there, find the Inbox app and select it. There should be a toggle in there for you to turn on notifications for the app. If you've turned them on and still don't receive the notifications, please reach out to our Live Team (https://bit.ly/2AWw5VA) for some additional support. - Imogen, Shopify Support

Enter を押すと送信されるのは良くない。文字変換が頻繁にある日本語において、文章作成中のEnter は頻繁に使用するため、誤送信が頻発する。特に消費者側から文章断片が連続で送られてくるのは双方にとって良くない。

This app is really great. My only real complaint is that customers cannot upload photos. This would be helpful for our business if this feature was added.

Easy to install and use. We have a large inventory selection, it makes it really easy for quick questions. Great addition to our website!

Overall we are pretty satisfied with the Shopify Inbox. There are some additional features we'd like to see, including: -Sending Conversation Transcripts within the conversations
-The ability to search within old/closed conversations for emails
-The ability to get to an old conversation from the customers page (while there is a link that takes you to Shopify Inbox, it does not follow all the way through to the specific conversation.) Lastly, we've had some trouble with the desktop notifications working some of the time and not others. While the mobile notifications have worked well, most of our users are on desktops when monitoring Shopify Inbox.
