I am still learning how to use this app, but so far it has been easy to work with and even someone like me can figure out how to use it. I am not Tech savvy, so this app has been very helpful to get my business up and running
Used app to connect my messaging account to my Shopify store. Works, but needs further feature upgrades.
I like this app, it has landed me some good sales one way or another. Its a good way to start a conversation with a customer. My only problem with it is that it needs to have an option to block fake users.
I nearly removed the app as I was getting spammed with suspicious links from what was clearly a bot. It has stopped for now though.
Love this app, as it helps our visitors to contact us and solve their problems and certainly it helps us in CRO. The only suggestion, I have for the developers is that please give more customization options and also give the option to move the chat icon around freely.

app is working nice receiving messages from Insta and FB, but is there a way I can see attachments that customer is sending ?

While you can send images to customers with Shopify Inbox (https://bit.ly/39J3Prc), there isn't a way for customers to send images or attachments at the moment. Its has the right features and good integration that you need with any chat client. The only place its lacking is the customization of the look and placement on the website which should be granular otherwise its egoistic when you expend to dominate a single spot on the website which is prime for a lot of services.
