I would like Shopify Chat to be able to present my photograph and show my name the same way as Drift does it. So that the conversation is more personal.
Hello orgamix.life, thank you very much for your feedback and review! I like the idea of personalizing the chat app, however something to note, the Shopify Chat app is already on your website, so it is definitely showing your brand, but just not your personal name.
I'll put that idea to our product developers, along with the ability to share photos and images. Thank you very much!

The features seem good. However, I did not get any pop up messages with alert sounds on my mobile, which resulted in delay in response to customers. Is there a way to reolve or set up that I did not see. Help required.

I really like the app, but would like it better if you could search for a message instead of going through each one.

Nice free app. The only thing that annoys me, is that enter automatically sends the message, and you need to hold shift to make a new line. There should be a setting to disable this, so you can only send by clicking "send"

Werkt goed, blij mee :) Geen gedoe, geen problemen. We werken er dagelijks mee en de klanten lijken er ook tevreden mee te zijn. Fijn dat het in de mailbox binnenkomt.
Only I have a huge problem with the csv, why isn't it possible to download a simple csv, put in the info and upload it back again?

Shopify does require certain columns to be included in uploaded CSVs, so it's important to download one of our CSV templates and structures your uploads around that. It's a great app, however it needs one feature. The ability to download a conversation in the rare case you get a chargeback possibly as a PDF
Its a beloved feature for our customers. If only the app would support notification for multiple stores - that is so important for us and I guess many other multiple store owners.

I'm so pleased you are using the app to establish connections with your customers. We have received similar feedback that merchants would like to use Shopify Ping on multiple stores. Although this is not a feature that is currently available (our developers are looking into this), I do have a work around. If you have two devices - like an Ipad and Iphone - you can use each device to log into separate stores.
Hoping this leads to increased conversations and conversions.
