We've been using this app for about a year now. It's simple and straight forward to set, and easy for our team to manage and interact with customers on our website. It has all the tools needed making it chatting with customers an easy task. Highly recommended.

The only complaint, and I'm nitpicking, is the agent's avatar which doesn't display on the front end. It would be great if the avatar of the agent taking the call could be displayed on the chat instead of the smiley face to make the interaction more personal. Other than that, we love it.

It is fun to have my messages just pop up where my eyes are all day. It's enjoyable to have my messages appear where I'm looking all day.

simple a comprendre

It's good but not very customizable. You can't move it to where you want it on the screen and I can't find where to change the instant answers.

Allows me to immediately see my Shopify messages and respond in real time.

C'est super pratique comme application.
