So far its been solid. Easy to use, good we can send photos/videos, and I love the phone app.

the inbox system works well, not always connecting via safari but works faultlessly on chrome. great product .

No problems. Works as described.

2. 可以有文件夹，比如关于退货相关询问，可以转移到退货文件夹，关于操作，可以转移到操作的文件夹；
