The Shopify Inbox has helped secure orders on many occasions because we can respond to customer enquiries so quickly.
its easy and it works.
Lord knows how much work it has answered.
I won't consider a different one!

Notifications are a only ok (completed messages still appear unread in the mobile app after being read in the online store). Other than that it's fine.
It is a useful way to talk with customers, and the integration with Shopify is nice to use compared to other apps.
Easy to use, all coms in one place - customers do complain though about the wigget popping up all the time.
Interaction with customers may need a more friendly respond
