Pretty good,
Notifications are a only ok (completed messages still appear unread in the mobile app after being read in the online store). Other than that it's fine.
This is a fantastic app, and has led to 3 sales from 3 conversations so far, even though I just got it. The distinctive sound the app makes when I get a message is easy to hear, and it's a very easy chatting platform to use. I love it!
Easy to use.
Easy to use, all coms in one place - customers do complain though about the wigget popping up all the time.
Most of my customers are unable to receive my responses even when they are online, and also my responses are going to their spam and junk folders so a lot of the times they don't even know that I've responded to their inquiries.

I love this app and it saves us a lot of money being able to provide chat internally so easily. If you added better reporting I would change this to 5 stars.
