Hola, mi reseña no es positiva ni negativa, simplemente no uso la app y por eso quiero desinstalarla. Por favor podrían ayudarme a remover correctamente la app sin dejar restos de código ni badges? muchas gracias

el icono de chat se superpone encima del botón de compra. me gustaría que el icono de chat se escondiera al momento de que el cliente abra el carrito de compras.

This app has bags of potential, the link with shopify admin is great and beats external apps, living in the infrastructure of the shopify system makes good sense.
The biggest gripe we have is you can't schedule office hours on it - you can do it for responses (after a customer has sent a message it will send something), but we want to do it so it shows us as offline prior to a customer sending a message - it is bad service them writing out a message expecting a reply and then it saying we are offline. Also some customers don't read the offline response and end up sending messages getting frustrated that we aren't replying to them at 3am!
Also, our phones ping through the night and all weekend as customers think we are online for them.
How do we set it to show a customer we are offline initially?

As a free App it is definitely a handy chat feature. I would like more customisable features. E.G When you're using a mobile device and browsing on the website the "Chat with us" Box is way too big and crowds the screen. Also you need the option to close the box as it gets annoying / in the way, in particular on the mobile. I have spoken to Shopify and they said they're working on these upgrades. If Shopify can apply some edits and changes then my rating would improve.

We are not able to get ringing notification on phone when a custer is jumping on the chat to solve the concerns.

If you're having issues with getting notifications from Inbox, this is likely due to the app not having the permissions needed to send notifications. Please, access the 'settings' area of your mobile device and then look for 'notifications.' From there, find the Inbox app and select it. It's an okay start, but the browser based functionality is where we need to be.
As it stands, you can't even set a conversation to closed from a browser.
Piping everything thorough a phone app means you're forcing a company to use someone's personal device to monitor messages, rather than having a team take care of it.

Email Notification settings for new chats and new messages for existing chats are very limited. It is easy to miss a new chat or new message from a customer. There are Push notifications available if the iOS/Android app is installed, and there are Desktop notifications you can enable for Chrome, but what this app really needs is an actual Settings feature for Notifications.

Before I can open "in box" on home page, now I have to go to App and Sales channel to open it. It is more steps
