I love using Shopify. It makes it easy to run a successful business. I only wish there was a better Customer Service option to speak with a real person when issues arrise.
Good thus far..... it warns you of spam so even better
The App is almost perfect. One thing I don't like is, that the user has give the Name and E-Mail before a conversation is possible. I can see the advantages.
But not everybody would like to give the name. So we have much less Chat conversions then we had with Tawk.to.
It would be nice to have a setting, where this can be enabled or disabled.

Great, at no additional cost, but would be good if you could paste screenshots rather than having to save and attach
It works as advertised, just a little slow.
It helps, but since it goes back to their email, I am not having much luck contacting them again.

The app is okay. It would be nice to be able to forward messages to other staff members who are not listed on the shopify list. We have staff who simply answer products questions and have no need for access to shopify.
It is very easy to be able to communicate with my customers this way.
