I use this app to get messages from customers on Facebook, and Instagram on Shopify. I also get messages from new customers who visit my store. Notifications are usually sent to my email address a receive a desktop notification. It is awesome!

so far so good, add product recommendations options as well. and also improve the auto reply options as well.

Very easy to use, you can receive customer information in a timely manner, and customers can chat with me without registering. And it's free, I would recommend it to my friends.
