Certainly does the job for a free app. Multiple staff members can respond which is a great feature. The only thing is we get double emails as one goes to the primary shop email and the second for all staff.
I can't fault the Shopify inbox. It's user friendly. Packed with lots of data to be able to see customer analytics while emailing them. Shopify have made my life so much easier. I highly recommend.
love the simplicity of the app. Interface and interconnectivity are extremely good. and this helps me a lot.

The app is very useful and clean. My only concern is that there is no way to get the lead's phone number when the chat is started (at least I don't know how to, if possible).
Works great! Customers have started chats with me that otherwise would have just bounced. I do wish there was an easy way to schedule availability so I don't get chats past midnight :)
It's Amazing and I can Manage all my Messages here even the comments. It's easy to manage the Instagram messages and Facebook also.
Helps answer easy questions automatically and make quicker contact with customers when the auto system can't answer, PLUS make customer feel better and safer with your store

また、海外からの問い合わせが多いので、翻訳機能があるととても助かります。今はメッセージをコピーして、googlの翻訳機能を使用しています。
