This app is very helpful for providing meaningful and helpful responses to our customers and others with interest in our product.
I would like a delete button for emails especially the spammy ones!
I love this feature as it helps us connect with customers world wide. They message us and we can answer to their enquiries.

Has greatly improved/streamlined our online support processes and response times.
This is one of the best customer messaging systems. It keeps the previous conversation records, which makes it easy to communicate with the customer. The only thing is that you can not send PDF files or Excel invoices.
I love Shopify Inbox! There are some, of course, some things that could be improved upon. For example, I'd LOVE it if users could search within the Mail app for messages from specific users or for messages pertaining to specific products or key words. It works well, and gives clients the option to directly chat with you.
Very well integrated into Shopify. Great feature set. Appreciate the AI suggestion features.
