good, i love it!
Its been super helpful and has increased sales being able to respond directly to customer questions. I would recommend.
this app so catastrophic, always delays, not reliable, no flexibility....are there any plans to improve this app soon? The FAQ feature is strong but the rest is horrible, please update if there will be improvements?

It seemed to work OK, The problem is that there is no way to set your opening hours so the damn thing is pinging all night thanks to international customers who get annoyed because they think that you are ignoring them.
No-one can be available 24/7 365 days a year.

It is possible to set hours of availability as well as a separate automated message for when you are 'available' or 'set to away'. This is all done through the Shopify Ping app. Here is the link to the help doc (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/promoting-marketing/ping/setup#set-your-chat-availability) on how to set that up.
Setting up hours of availability won't prevent customers from chatting in outside of your hours of availability, so notifications may continue (but hopefully fewer!) so I will include your feedback to our developers.

As usual, everything Shopify creates just works really well! I was able to cancel our subscription to another chat service and this works even better. Win win.
It is intuitive instantly - by the way I would remove the 25 word limit on this review as I nearly just got out of it as it was annoying to have to write 25 words when busy
When I am off line, I could not receive messages that my customers send via chat widget, because all messages go to my collaborator's email, my email address set in the contact information does not work, I hire him to custom my store but now he is the one seeing the messages send from my customer when I off line, that is ridiculous.

It's fine but I really dislike that I can't remove the Welcome Message notification indicator. The red dot that is SUCH a distraction to users.
