I really like the app, however, I only have 2 requests (improvements) as follows:
(01) In the mobile view of my store the app icon covers the shopping cart icon which makes the user experience very uneasy, the user can NOT easily click on the shopping cart, especially as a bilingual (English/Arabic "RTL") website, if I change the icon position from right to left, the same issue will happen in the English website as well, So my recommendation is to add a feature which allows us to disable the icon on the mobile view or change it's positioning at least.

(02) I would love to manage which page of my website shall have the chat icon, as example I only want to have the chat icon (option) if my customers visit my contact page, not to have it on every page he/she visits on the website.
I wish you consider these 2 recommendations in your upcoming update if possible & thanks a lot for this great app
I would like to use this app as our model relies on personal assistance, however the features are far, far too limited. No option for a customer to leave contact information so if they leave the page all communication is lost on their end. I've found the kit integration to be generally good, but without any continuity for the customer, the app is useless.
Globalement l'application est assez pratique. Le seul bémol c'est l'affichage de la liste de produit. Le nom des produits est tronqué, ce qui rend difficile la sélection de produit ayant un nom proche.
When it is almost unavailable, opening the application always crashes. I checked the request for a lot of resources and reported errors.

Easy to use and fast too. Love how it integrates well with Instagram. Interacting with customers in real time. I just hope the mobile app worked as well as the web app.
I can't reconnect back to Instagram and messenger. It says business manager error, also I have changed the business manager and I see the same issue and also get back the Apple Business Chat.

I am getting used to it. It takes a little time to fully understand the potential.
The app is good. The instructions and video could be much better.
Very disappointing: I installed this app after Shopify notified me that they no longer supported my previous (shopify supported) app for chats. But this app only functions in one language, hopeless for all those gazillions of websites that are multi-language. My translation app (previously recommended by Shopify) cannot intervene as Shopify Inbox is a widget that seems to be loaded onto the page via an iFrame, meaning that the content is stored somewhere else and just loaded in. Sadly, Langify cannot access this type of content. Shopify's answer is to recommend 6 other translations apps. Perhaps they'd like to pay for someone to do the back office work necessary to load up all the translations again!

Très bonne application, mais j'ai un problème, sur mon site il y a plusieurs erreurs qui se mette dans la console due à votre application, et ceci nuit un peut au référencement naturel de google car le site pagespeed proposé par google le détecte et réduit en conséquence nos points de référencement sur le site . Je mets 3 étoiles en attendent que les problèmes soient réglés.
Sinon bonne application pour centraliser tous les clients, et possibilité d'avoir une application mobile.
I think this is a great feature, the only thing I would really like is if you could have options to resize the box as it is huge on mobile view and big on desktop view. I am yet to see how customers are able to interact with the chat but so far it seems great.
