Not bad, but still a lot of room for improvement, too few options for personalisation
If you have more than one store, it is hard to handle them through this app. This is my only concern why I do not use this app.

Its quite good but really needs a transcript email function
Shopify Inbox har økt antall bestillinger og sikret oss flere som ellers vi hadde mistet. Ser også at når vi er raskere til å svare så stiger bestillingene. Derfor prioriterer vi nå Shopify Inbox. Rask implementering og enkel å bruke. Glad vi startet med en gang forslaget dukket opp.
