I like most parts of the appliction. I like the thread options and ebing to add answers for common quesitons
I don't mind the chat. I don't need to be notified of every reply if I'm online talking to the customer. I was still being notified of replies an hour after a conversation ended. it was annoying.
I also shut off the email notice I had over 100 notices in my inbox. That seems extreme.
very convenient,good job.The only bullshit is that the review on this app needs to be lengthy and I am bored now
I really like it, I like that I can see all of the customer's history when they contact us and the ease of the app is awesome too!
