I like it, but will need to work on setting it up so I can answer customers immediately. I didn't see the messages come through right away, only when I was logged into the app on my laptop.

Great feature for customers to be able to chat easily and we can see exactly what product page they're on to assist them easily.

J'apprécie beaucoup cette Application, elle m'a permis à maintes reprises de répondre rapidement au client(e), de le rassurer et de générer des ventes en toute simplicité, elle est indispensable pour rassurer le client qui a une question au cours du processus d'achat. Je recommande.
