Funziona molto bene e permette di completare le vendite nel momento in cui i clienti hanno bisogno di maggiori informazioni oppure di acquisire fiducia nel commerciante.
Shopify Inbox has served us very well over the years, however I would like to disable the recently introduced CATCHPA on the Inbox Chat. I do not believe this feature is serving us well. It reduces considerably the number of opportunistic chats that are taking place. Our potential customers do not want to jump through hoops to chat with us. Just add this option to the settings. In the meantime I am tempted to look for something else to replace Inbox.

It works fine on my system lately. No issues. Simple and effective.
No complaints. Are there apps that might do more tricks? Probably. But this thing just works on the basics, it integrates everything I need, and I really only have positive things to say. Something to be said about having something basic, good looking, and super reliable.

This is a very helpful tool on how to connect with your customers as soon as possible. It helps to get a pop-up saying you are getting a message so you can answer quickly.
