It's great. Lot of features. It would've been great if we could somehow integrate whatsapp number with it.

i use this app to help me to communicate with customer and stay in contact with them good apps the utility is accurate

I like that I can see what the customer has in their cart when I chat with them, so I can personalize the conversation further.

Muy cómodo. Lo que me gusta más es que se registra la cuenta del cliente ne la web, una vez alguien introduce sus datos para enviar el mensaje

I like it, but somehow I'm getting all my instagram messages on here and it's kind of a pain because most of them are not customers.

I am creating a website for the first time and it is as simple as 1,2,3. Too good to be true!! Kudos to team Shopify.
