Looking great idefinetly reccomend this app. You can easily interact with your potential customers..

efficient. nice tool. could do with being able to make paragraph breaks in replies to make info clearer for customers

was noch schön wäre, wenn die Kunden über diese Funktion noch Bilder schicken könnte. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der App.
I have had this app installed about a month and so far it works good. Notifies me when a customer sends a message and hasn't crashed. So far I have been very happy with it.

The app has been a big help to us so far in terms of liaising with customers and providing quick answers to people without our input. There are a few things needing to be ironed out, but overall we like it a lot and look forward to seeing improvements. A few issues to note:
* Notifications on iPhone never go away, so it always looks like there's a message to respond to (red number on the app icon).
* Syncing between users and devices seems a bit buggy (conversations closed or assigned in one place don't seem to appear that way elsewhere).
* We are getting a lot of spam messages come in via Instagram especially and it would be good to have a way to block or filter them rather than wasting time on them.
* It would be good to be able to style the chat button via CSS more so than we can now.
* Being able to hide the chat button on certain pages more easily would be great.

Regarding blocking spam customers - you are actually able to do this within the app now! You may need to update the app or your device in order for this to show up.
