Only thing i wish you could do is archive the messages or have something to clear them after you have replied

Great app that allows us to provide instant customer service to our clients. The integration with Shopify and the ability to see where the customers are coming from (web page) as well as whether or not they placed an order is great. One feature that we would love to see is the ability to see the customer's cart and potentially edit it before the customer placed an order.

Great built-in solution from Shopify that allows you to directly talk to customers. It has been very helpful as it allows us to give our expertise and advice to clients when it comes to professional gear.

Would it be possible, if a customer chats with you, to see on which page he/she ist?
Thank you for taking the time to write your review and providing us with your feedback. At the top of the conversation view, you should see the name of the page that the buyer was on when they initiated the conversation. The page information does not update, and it will only reflect the page where the conversation was started.

BRILLIANT IDEA
it is really helpful for customers if you are there to answer for them. However i have noticed a delay in getting notifications when i am on the road. that might be the internet provider. also i am really frustrated with people contacting for "marketing" from overseas, and somebody did that last night at 3am from india. They did not get a friendly response from me. I wish I could block people. i told the guy the chat box was for customers, deleted him as a customer, and 5 minutes later he signed up again to give me sales pitch. maddening.

While the delay with the notifications may be due to the latency of internet providers, we can see the importance of being able to block certain customers. Great so far, but it will be nice to add a chat review for quality customer service purposes.
