Easy to use and very convenient. Has also lead to many sales we would have not otherwise gotten
My favourite feature is all the customers cart info, order history is right there at your fingertips! No need to go into there profile or ask them for a screenshot of there cart. Great customer service app!!
It offers a more immediate way to have interaction with my customers. Not all customers want to phone, and emailing back and forth is not always the best option for people. Having a chat option on my site has increased my exposure and has definitely led to an increase in sales.
I would recommend the app to any Shopify website owner because it is very convenient to manage communications with the customers even if we're not online when they send a message. I gave only 4 stars because even though I was working on my website the inbox window did not open when the customer opened a chat. I was alerted later to a message in the inbox.
I like Shopify Inbox a lot! It's such a golden accessory to my business when I'm unable to be reached. It's giving 'go check your emails' and hit respond.
very simple to understand format,easy to chat with customers and solve their problems.
Easy to install. Easy to use. I like that I can converse with my customers through the app on my phone and answer questions quickly. Excellent experience so far.
Not bad, but still a lot of room for improvement, too few options for personalisation
This is awesome. I prefer this chat function, versus emailing my customers from the business email address. this way, everything stays on my shopify site, and its essentially like texting. Efficient, safe, I love it!
