Caution - this app has some very serious omissions. It's absolutely NOT ready for prime time. It's missing some essential features. On the plus side, easy to install, use, and find integrated customer info. But the down sides are pretty major. If you ever run into a problem with a customer, and you need to be able to share a prior chat with that customer, you won't be able to. You can not export any chat. You can't email the chat to yourself or a customer. You cannot even copy/paste the chat transcript into a document. It just doesn't copy correctly. Further, your customer cannot log back in and see this chat. I'm pretty confused on why this app is getting so many 5 star reviews. I have used quite a few chat apps and I was suckered into this one because it's free and I generally think highly of shopify apps. However, this app just doesn't cut the mustard. I'm ditching it and getting something that has chat transcripts that can be sent to my primary customer service email address so that I can always share it with a customer. Very disappointing app.

Súper práctica porque es en tiempo real, no se salen los clientes de la página donde están por lo cual permite que se pueda concretar una compra más fácil o si desea puede añadir al carrito y seguir preguntando mientras navega en otros productos.
Gracias es muy útil para no perder clientes.
I love this app and it saves us a lot of money being able to provide chat internally so easily. If you added better reporting I would change this to 5 stars.

Most of my customers are unable to receive my responses even when they are online, and also my responses are going to their spam and junk folders so a lot of the times they don't even know that I've responded to their inquiries.

Dev team finally fix shops switching function and it works.
Suggestion:
1. Add "Long press msg to reply" function like whatsapp, so seller can reply each questions precisely in inbox.
2. Add "Recall / Delete" function which both parties type wrongly.
3. Improve uploaded picture quality, we need display HD pic.
4. Just copy everything from whatsapp will do.
This app is great - we are a very small business and it makes offering the livechat feature super seamless. I answer chats at my desk or on the go on the mobile app. The only thing I wish they would add is an attachment feature. But I really like the send a product feature
