Great for responding to customer queries and staying on top of sales opportunities.

The app is easy to install and I can easily chat with store visitors.
They walk you through set up step by step and make it so easy. I highly recommend.
Overall functions are very helpful. It'd be more effective, if messages are classified/assigned to various levels according to the importance.
