this app is very convenient and work good
works great, I never miss a message.
I would recommend this app. Supper convenient for stores owner to communicate with costumers
If you have more than one store, it is hard to handle them through this app. This is my only concern why I do not use this app.

Great for allowing potential buyers to ask the questions at point of sale allowing them to finalise their decision making process at a time when they are most likely to make a purchase.
Great way to chat directly with your customers to address any questions, issues, or concerns while they are viewing products in your online store. We receive various emails daily and this inbox has helped product messages stand out and not get lost in the emails.

It's been easy to chat with people interested in the store directly through the chat function on the website. It gives a little notification when there is a new message, which helps me keep on top of things when people are looking for help.
Love it! Much easier to communicate with customers than regular email, and gives important customer info such as cart value, order info, etc! :)
