Fantastic free application. I was able to cancel my paid chat subscription and found this works as well or better for free.
This app helps with customer enquiries anytime of the day. Very useful. It will help if the app can real time indicate another user in the store is typing/ drafting the message. This is to avoid duplicate replies from different users.

all the basic thing you need in an chat app
I don't mind the chat. I don't need to be notified of every reply if I'm online talking to the customer. I was still being notified of replies an hour after a conversation ended. it was annoying.
I also shut off the email notice I had over 100 notices in my inbox. That seems extreme.
Makes conversations easy, convenient, and simple for both the vendor and customer I believe!
Buena experiencia. Se nota que está hecha para una buena comunicación con el cliente/potencial cliente. Lo único que no encuentro aun es cómo archivar una conversación una vez que ha sido resuelta, pero estoy seguro que no he buscado bien.
notification tone should be something I mostly missed my online customers. and customers coming back again with different chats it should be one tab only for a single customer. by mistakingly i replied twice to many customers. Everytime i have to login for online chats

Love this feature. Very helpful when speaking to customers and cuts down on the number of emails and calls. Also, the auto generated responses (and their suggested ones) have been fantastic. The email feature if not currently available also keeps us "in touch" with the customer offline.
was noch schön wäre, wenn die Kunden über diese Funktion noch Bilder schicken könnte. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der App.
