Only I have a huge problem with the csv, why isn't it possible to download a simple csv, put in the info and upload it back again?

Shopify does require certain columns to be included in uploaded CSVs, so it's important to download one of our CSV templates and structures your uploads around that. This is a great app. It enables you to connect with prospective customers and assist them with purchases or assist with customer service issues efficiently.
It's a great app, however it needs one feature. The ability to download a conversation in the rare case you get a chargeback possibly as a PDF
Its a beloved feature for our customers. If only the app would support notification for multiple stores - that is so important for us and I guess many other multiple store owners.

I'm so pleased you are using the app to establish connections with your customers. We have received similar feedback that merchants would like to use Shopify Ping on multiple stores. Although this is not a feature that is currently available (our developers are looking into this), I do have a work around. If you have two devices - like an Ipad and Iphone - you can use each device to log into separate stores.
Hoping this leads to increased conversations and conversions.

Very cool app that has its own phone app. When a customer messages me, I get the notification and it allows me to respond immediately. I love it. It makes it easier to provide fast customer service and to be able to answer customer inquiries instantly. Sometimes I'll miss an email, but I never miss the Shopify Inbox alerts.
My favourite feature is all the customers cart info, order history is right there at your fingertips! No need to go into there profile or ask them for a screenshot of there cart. Great customer service app!!
