Application fonctionne très bien et permet d'avoir une véritable interaction avec nos clients. très simple d'utilisation et de paramétrage

I do like the way we can teach the Inbox how and what to respond in some situations.

I really like the app, but would like it better if you could search for a message instead of going through each one.

Werkt goed, blij mee :) Geen gedoe, geen problemen. We werken er dagelijks mee en de klanten lijken er ook tevreden mee te zijn. Fijn dat het in de mailbox binnenkomt.

Only I have a huge problem with the csv, why isn't it possible to download a simple csv, put in the info and upload it back again?

It's a great app, however it needs one feature. The ability to download a conversation in the rare case you get a chargeback possibly as a PDF

Its a beloved feature for our customers. If only the app would support notification for multiple stores - that is so important for us and I guess many other multiple store owners.

Great app runs smoothly and hopefully, additional features will be developed. Cant go wrong with a shopify developed app.

This app really helps with customer service however there are a few glitches. In the open category for messages there should be a blue indicator if i still have new unopened messages there. Also a button that could reorder the messages so we can go through the ones on the weekends first. Every time we would scroll to a message for example on a Saturday when our offices are closed and reply to it, ...

Easy to use! Able to answer customers enquiries without having to leave the Shopify platform. Would love to see more free customisations. Tq again Shopify for making our lives easier! :) onlybrown.com
