I love how this app instantly alerts me that I've received messages from my social media. Excellent app. Only draw back is that you can't see any attachments that someone sends you but not a big deal. They still get 5 stars!
I use this app to respond to customers query in real time. Its is good for my business as it helps me to respond quickly to queries.
We like the app for our business as it gives us one the features the big fancy companies have for a smaller business like us.
Very easy to use for beginner and expert level computer users. I just installed so I will come back for a follow-up review. I like that this had very few steps as the app and site worked together in the background to limit how much I had to figure things out which is great for a business owner of two different businesses always on the go.

Never had any issues with this app at all. Does exactly what it is supposed to, and is easy to use. I haven't had any complaints from customers trying to chat either.
This app is very convenient, I like the instant answers that chat to customers automatically while I am away. Thank you developers for this great app.
Excellent Tool
I used this app several times to communicate with customers. It is very helpful and user friendly. The only thing that is irritating is that I constantly receive spam messages from advertisers which I must delete to keep my inbox from filling up with unwanted spam.
Thank you for writing your review and I am sorry to hear that you've received numerous spam messages through Shopify Inbox as I know it can be a real frustration. I'm happy to report that the latest version of the app now allows merchants to block users from contacting you, so you can use this function to block any spam messages you receive moving forward.

The Shopify Inbox helps me to communicate with my customers - and has helped to turn visitors into customers. It's an easy way to answer questions and send additional info. Love it!
