It's great to have a direct line to customers. I'm not keen on the automatic replies, but we don't have to use them and the inbox app itself is very useful.

The available hours need a break or more customized.

Would be good if replies were automatically saved as "Drafts" so that I can go back to them. Exit page to check something and the email disappears!

Its been really easy to install and use. Helping customers quickly to decide to make a sale. Has been a seamless experience unlike other apps.
