App works great and exactly as expected. If there was a little more customization and an "I'm away" type feature that could be toggled on/off, it'd be perfect. With that said, for the price, it totally meets our needs!

I appreciate that this is a free app supplied by Shopify for which I am grateful. However, it has nearly no customization, notifications through Ping Android App are appallingly bad and inconsistent and so often I get messages but don't know until the customer has left. No time stamps on messages means you don't know whether customer left 1 minute ago, so might be able to recover via Email immediately or whether it was 1/2/3 hours before. Some of us SME owners are too busy at the moment to keep checking their phone just in case someone messaged. Am now looking at paid alternatives unfortunately.

Hello Ab Fab Textiles, thank you very much for this great feedback! This is exactly what we need to know in order to improve the app.

Customizing the Android version is something we are working on and will be releasing more features soon. It's a big request from merchants right now.

While time stamps are there for the day, they are not available for the hour - again, this is something we are working to release.

I love that my staff can handle messages coming into the website and FB all in one place without having to access my FB account. It also gives us a way to see the conversations, so we know what is going on.

Gosto bastante desta app, e se procuram uma app gratuita para adicionar um chat ao vosso site, esta app é a correta. Em termos de melhorias acho que no futuro seria interessante podermos customizar a aparência do chat por exemplo quando estamos off da loja. Obrigada :)

Works a lot better than it used to! Updates are awesome. Customers love that they don't have to stay online and can just be emailed a response.

Great App, The Problem is that we manage 2 more Shopify Accounts. And we can't stay online at the same time.

Hello Metziko Collection, thanks for your great feedback and review! We are working on making this work for multiple Shopify stores, although I do not have an eta on that yet.

At this time, one workaround is to use a phone device for one store, and then login to the desktop version for another store. The desktop can be found at shopifyping.com
