The app works great, but I need to be able to (automatically) translate instant answers to customers language (i.e. Dutch for Dutch customers etc). Please implement this, thank you!

really like this -all linked to customers , and their history etc -so makes it very very easy
i love it it helps me with my customer service faster. because email can get lost in all the spam we recieve on a daily basis.

I would love it if Shopify Inbox could also handle my email channel from customers, not just the live chats, because I currently use a separate system.
It makes it easy to respond and provide service; they could add more features to the app to improve customer service.

So far I'm really happy with it. I like how I can share discounts, see what's in their cart and more.
I hope they add more options, like AI replies to certain questions that are not necessarily instant answers as we don't need a dozen or more options available there. However, some questions we are asked often could be answered with trained AI responses like we had in another free chat app we used up until switching to Inbox.
Greatly helps with responding to customer queries!
I love Shopify but I just struggle navigating it sometimes and I do panic when stuff isn't running correctly
