Text size is too small and cannot be changed. Quite good app.
I would recommend the app to any Shopify website owner because it is very convenient to manage communications with the customers even if we're not online when they send a message. I gave only 4 stars because even though I was working on my website the inbox window did not open when the customer opened a chat. I was alerted later to a message in the inbox.
I like it, I wish it was in a noticeable position or brighter so I would notice the message to me sooner.
Not bad, but not perfect. For some reason, I didn't receive a notification for one client request.
Great service to help customer's & conversions. Could be improved but great for what it has to offer
I do like the way we can teach the Inbox how and what to respond in some situations.
I like the fact that I can directly communicate with customers and solve their problems.
So far, so good. It's pretty simple and seamless. I love the automated responses built in. However, the mobile (iPhone) app is not working properly. I'd give it a 5 otherwise.
