app is working nice receiving messages from Insta and FB, but is there a way I can see attachments that customer is sending ?

While you can send images to customers with Shopify Inbox (https://bit.ly/39J3Prc), there isn't a way for customers to send images or attachments at the moment. Nevertheless, we understand that this is an important feature to you and we'd be happy to pass this suggestion along to our development team for considerations on future releases. Its has the right features and good integration that you need with any chat client. The only place its lacking is the customization of the look and placement on the website which should be granular otherwise its egoistic when you expend to dominate a single spot on the website which is prime for a lot of services.

I don't mind the chat. I don't need to be notified of every reply if I'm online talking to the customer. I was still being notified of replies an hour after a conversation ended. it was annoying.
I also shut off the email notice I had over 100 notices in my inbox. That seems extreme.

Notifications are broken. It will work once and then never again. I changed nothing with my phone or any settings. I got notified a customer was wanting to chat 1 time EVER. Then it will never do it again.

Helps conversions with immediate access to a customer in a lower part of the funnel. The rest is really upto you on a) how quickly you are able to respond (digital watch notifications help!) and b) if you are able to positively resolve the request

This app helps with customer enquiries anytime of the day. Very useful. It will help if the app can real time indicate another user in the store is typing/ drafting the message. This is to avoid duplicate replies from different users.

This app works well if you have only one store. If you have multiple stores, this app is unusable. My one-star review is based on the fact that requests for this app to function with multiple stores were submitted over 2 years ago and the Shopify dev team has ignored the requests completely. Very typical of Shopify. Tidio, on the other hand, has this functionality working seamlessly. So, if there is anyone who would like to have one chat channel for multiple stores, Tidio is the way to go.
