Great way to communicate realtime with customers.

I'm still learning and don't have any complaints yet other than it doesn't appear customers can text through here or use any other method but the chat. A few years back when I tried shopify out, they had a Shopify Chat App that had all used all methods and it glitched a lot (I was an Android user and it was mainly for iOS). This is definitely much better.
How do I uninstall this rubbish app. The app has gone nuts, can't even over install it, still going nuts.

So sorry you are having issues, please accept our apologies and the delay in responding to your feedback. If you haven't uninstalled the app yet, be sure to have the latest version, and also restart your phone. We have fixed the bugs that were causing problems.

If you can have a mobile version of chat software, it will be more convenient to reply to customer information in a timely manner
So far so good... very easy to set-up, use and manage ongoing whether it be on my mobile or laptop. Thanks for the added functionality Shopify!
Huge potential, but I have to block 30-50 people a day as they're just scammers from weird countries trying to sell you their Shopify services. These scammers then get your social media, phone numbers, email etc and pursue that way too. And it's a lot of hard work to spend most of your day blocking messages, there should be an easy way to filter these out some how, until this gets fixed. Once this issue is fixed, I will re-install the app.

Earlier last month, our development team enabled hCaptcha to Shopify Inbox to help reduce spam and blocking conversations one by one.
