The one thing you REALLY need to add is the ability to put links in quick replies. We have to cut and paste the same links 20-30 times per day and it's frustrating.
Otherwise, it's great!
Works perfectly, the only downwside is that it's a separate app from the main Shopify app. Would be cool if it was built-in but it works perfectly! I've got a live chat setup with lots of FAQ that people can select and receive instant answers, or I can talk to them live if need be.

I like the app, but I wish there was a more convenient way to view inbox messages on the backend of Shopify, instead of having to click through to another page.
Great for chatting to potential sales customers. More features including translation would be great...
It's great to have a direct line to customers. I'm not keen on the automatic replies, but we don't have to use them and the inbox app itself is very useful.
The AI function is perfect.
We hope there is more data report for it.
About the incoming conversions,the respond speed or something.
The available hours need a break or more customized.
Would be good if replies were automatically saved as "Drafts" so that I can go back to them. Exit page to check something and the email disappears!
It is pretty easy to use with a tiny learning curve.
