So far, so good. It's pretty simple and seamless. I love the automated responses built in. However, the mobile (iPhone) app is not working properly. I'd give it a 5 otherwise.

Its has the right features and good integration that you need with any chat client. The only place its lacking is the customization of the look and placement on the website which should be granular otherwise its egoistic when you expend to dominate a single spot on the website which is prime for a lot of services.
Great app but need more flexibility. Please add ability to add collections (not just products) and link to pages (instead of full URL) on shopify site within instant answers and when replying. Lovely app. Easy to use and easy to install. I would like to see some more customisation options though. For example the 'Chat with us' bubble, I'd like to be able to customise this more. It also blocks the cookie policy banner which isn't great UX. The pop up window also isn't customisable, I.e I can't add background images, or make it more on brand.
