Toimii hyvin! Ainoa ehdotukseni olisi lisätä ponnahdusilmoitus asiakkaille, kun asiakaspalvelu on paikalla. Tällöin asiakas tulisi matalalla kynnyksellä laittamaan viestiä. Muuten käyttöliittymä on selkeä eikä muita ongelmia ole ilmennyt.

Globalement l'application est assez pratique. Le seul bémol c'est l'affichage de la liste de produit. Le nom des produits est tronqué, ce qui rend difficile la sélection de produit ayant un nom proche.
It's ok.
Easy to use and fast too. Love how it integrates well with Instagram. Interacting with customers in real time. I just hope the mobile app worked as well as the web app.
I would recommend a Shopify Inbox for Shopify Store
Its okay app, but not the best in the market. I am using it because its free.
