I love this feature as it helps us connect with customers world wide. They message us and we can answer to their enquiries.

Shopify Inbox is great App to connect with customers, answer any questions customer ask and make sales. Every store should install the Inbox App.

The AI response suggestions adapt to your answers which makes it human like. saves heaps of time and most of the time i am happy with the response and just hit enter.

It helps me stay in contact with my customers for the most important moments

It's great being able to add this to our customer service game without having to add another subscription to our operations. Other apps may offer more (I wouldn't know) but this is a great option to have without investing time, money and effort into getting chat going.

Simple, complete, provides all the resources I need to rapidly answer customer inquiries.
